Overview

The DevRev integration enables autobotAI to connect with your DevRev workspace, streamlining collaboration between customer support and development teams. DevRev is an AI-native business operating system designed to unify product development, customer interactions, and operational workflows through a conversational AI interface.

By integrating DevRev with autobotAI, you can automate updates, track tickets and issues, and connect product work directly with customer insights. This ensures improved transparency, real-time collaboration, and a more customer-centric approach across your teams.

Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure you have:

• A DevRev Personal Access Token (PAT) generated from your DevRev account settings.
  (See the Additional Information section below for details on how to create one.)

Steps to Set Up DevRev Integration

Step 1:
Navigate to the Integrations page in autobotAI by selecting Integrations from the menu. Click the + Add Integration button located at the top-right corner to view all available integrations.

Step 2:
From the list, under the Notifications and Communications section, select DevRev + Add to initiate the DevRev integration setup.

Step 3:
Fill in the following fields as required:

• Alias: Provide a meaningful name or alias for this integration.
• Groups: Use groups to organize multiple integrations, similar to labels in email.
• API Key: Paste the token generated from your DevRev account to authenticate the connection.

Once all required fields are completed, click Create to finish the setup.

Step 4:
After the integration is created, locate it under Integrations. Click on the three dots next to it, select Test, and verify that your DevRev workspace is properly connected to autobotAI.

Additional Information

How to Generate a DevRev Personal Access Token (PAT)

1. Log in to your DevRev account.
2. Navigate to your development organization and go to Settings > Account > Personal Access Token.
3. Click New token and follow the guided workflow to create your PAT.
4. Copy the generated token and store it securely (it cannot be retrieved after leaving the page).
5. Paste the token into the API Key field during the integration setup in autobotAI.
